We only use the finest imported Belgian Chocolate from Barry Callebaut, who have been producing chocolate for more than 120 years. Our sponge bases are rich moist and layered with ganache*, soaked in Grand Marnier (optional) and coated in Belgian Chocolate. Cakes can be White, Milk, Plain or marbled** chocolate.
* Our Ganache is melted chocolate mixed with boiled whipped cream - Delicious
** Marbled chocolate is a combination of two different chocolate flavours.
